Coupe cross member stamp ID?
My 30 Coupe is stamped 7539 on the cross member in front of the driver side seat riser. What does that mean?
The engine stamp is 3729661☆ which matches the VIN on the title. Thanks Last edited by dmaxweb; 10-28-2019 at 03:34 PM. |

Re: Coupe cross member stamp ID?
Mine has NK1535 on the rail. I was told here that is an assembly number with NK meaning Norfolk VA. A link was also posted with that information. If you check my previous postings you can find that link. There also a way to see when that engine was made/used

The engine build date is 6/30/30 but I don't know what the 7539 represents. There are no prefix letters. |

Re: Coupe cross member stamp ID?
MARC website has reference letter identification for assembly plants, however number identification is not listed. It states that these numbers may identify a "body style".. This may not help you but does provide an interesting read on a rainy day.!

However the 7539 represents the 7539 body of that body style off of the assembly line in that particular assembly plant...where ever it was. Pluck |
