Default holley 4 barrel

Howdy. After a ton of reading I decided to change my intake manifold and carburetor to a Holley 8007. From what I can determine they run at 195 cfm from front two barrels . Easier to tune for me perhaps.
Understanding I will have to change distributor or use rebuilt chevy one.
Here is what I ran into. I am guessing most of you know better, however I will learn
Purchased a Offenhayser Weiland intake with a holley 8007 carb. Good price as mentioned by seller carb. alone is 600.00. Got it for that for both.
Problem I ran into is I believe it is an older model 8007 with no choke. Yikes!
Researching now on holley site to determine if I can get a rebuild kit for it as numbers are weird.
Guess what I am posting is has anybody seen a holley like that and do I need a choke on my 1951 model 8AB?

I am running an older Holley #8007 that came with a mechanical choke. Call Holley and ask if you can buy a mechanical choke kit or an electric choke kit for your carb. Also check Ebay below. If you live in a warm climate you won't need a choke. Here's a starting point.

I've been running my 390 Holley without a choke for over 20 years. Of course I don't run in the winter.

Hey , thank you very much. Good place to start on ebay. We are warm climate. I have read your older posts about different type 4 barrel carbs which is helpful if I change it out. May just be fine.
