Cool What would you do 42-48 1/2 ton p/u

Hi all,
I’m trying to decide what size rims and tires I should put on my 45 Ford 1/2 Ton Pick up. I have 16x4.5 with a 5 lug and 5.5 bolt pattern. But 3 different rims. Ugh…

I’m considering 15X5 or 6 but I am not sure if tires will be hard to find or look funny and I’m not sure of backspacing and the affects on steering….

So if you’ve done the work and you have pictures or can give some advice that would be wonderful.
