Default Adapter for Model B Carbs ?

Some time ago someone posted that a Dealer had a adapter available that permits the gas line connection to face out like the Zenith and Holley Carbs.

Who is the Dealer that has these Adapters ?

Thanks, Ron

The reason I asked the Question, I have a B Top that has only threads and no seat; I was told that Zenith actually produced this Top as the 32 B had no gas filter between the gas tank and the carb and it was designed to use a 31 Side Bowl as the filter; I actually mounted a 31 Side Bowl on this top and the threads were correct and the inlet of the Side Bowl faced out. I do not plan on using this B Carb, just want to finish it as it will be For Sale and I do not want to run up the price by adding a 31 Side Bowl.

Has anyone else run into a B top like this ?

Your local hardware store had the same angle fitting. You can take two mounting bolts and grind off some of the threads to tilt the carb a little as well.

Hi Ron,

JUST GO TO ANY GOOD PARTS STORE & GET THE CORRECT FITTING.. i THINK IT'S 1/8TH PIPE, 90 DEGREE TO 5/16 COMPRESSION.

I USED THIS ON MY B CARB & THE FUEL LINE WILL WORK ON BOTH A & B CARB'S
