Question Re: 28 Roadster top snaps layout?

Thanks Vern,
I don't really need photos, but drawing with placemint of snaps and what type os snaps?
Any help on finding drawing is super,if anyone knows a link ?Thank you!
I did a search with no luck for drawing/layout.
I'm not trying to be dead stock, just make a top that works an is fairly close becuase Ford already had it worked out an I don't think I'm better at design then Ford
The prob I have is I don't have any stock Ford windsheild post,so have some alum replacemint things with no holes any were to go by,they look good after I smooth them out and polished up. I see the holes in my windsheild frame=that is a good start for top forword lip and I'll need to design/fab up a wood header with two clamps if I can't find a drawing.
The door window thing may also be a design/fab if there are no drawings anywere. I made my own wood rear lip to cockpit so have no lay out of snaps or types.
I'm adding a photo of my roadster, the wood trim ect.that I just finished the upholstery on. She was fab back together from some very bad shape parts,so had to hand make compleatly a few panels and make about 1/2 of others, but pretty good now. I had built this car in high school 1959 n redoing it now, having great fun

Still need help,I don't really need photos, but drawing with placemint of snaps and what type of snaps? to hold top to body and windsheild? The side curtens would be handy to but I may never do those if I can't find any info.

As a side note,I found a utube vide,had no sizes,but interesting to see;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jT2B7rVmoCA

Thanks to Vern and a few photos, I just guessed at the real number of in. between and place of snaps to go. Here is how my homemade top came out. I used 2yards of Sunbrela and bows I made of 3/4in. EMT and some wood for the header bow

Hi Dana,
Your top is beautiful, could you please give me some tips on how to go about making one up.
I have a 28 Roadster Pickup without a top or a frame and would like to try and make my own.
Regards
Chris

Hi Floats,
I posted a complete how to make my top over on the HAMB,I did not have a stock "A" set up,so I designed it my self so it fold cleaner into a smaller pile when down then the stock A photos shows
