These are some parts that I need help identifying. If anyone could help, It would be appreciated.

#3 choke or throttle cable. #2,6,&7 gear shift knobs. #5 window riser crank. Other pic is too blurry to read #s but the speedometer is Model A Ford used 1927 till mid 1930.

#8 looks like 33/34 windshield crank out.
