This is a brand new Zenith carburetor modified to work properly with an air filter installed. The addition of an air filter restricts the air flow somewhat, which lowers the pressure in the venture, causing more fuel to flow from the jets. This problem has been solved by the ingenious re-machining of the internal configuration to balance the air pressure between the intake and the float bowl, but the carburetor remains completely original in appearance.
