Spartan Horn - Nice Working (with video)

I have a nice Spartan 6V horn with bracket. Has spartan on the rear cover and both sides of the motor bell. It does not have a tag. It appears to be an original horn based on the wear on the horn, but I'm not 100% positive, so please see the pictures.
