I've run the MAFCNJ poker run here every year, and this year we came with 14 model A's. It was a beautiful day for a 100 mile round trip. Thanks to all the folks that work to put the meet together. The fella that was giving out the dash plaques said there were over 100 cars. We got the last of the plaques. Thanks again.

I got up there about 8:30 and I stayed till just before 12:00, I made some money, met some old friends, I was in the same aisle as Mitch. But the real disappointment was that I couldn't bring my coupe! It wouldn't Start! Again! It was running all week, but it wouldn't start this AM. Man this is frustrating! When I got home, I started with the usual tests. ( Both sides of the coil, the arm of the points) All good. There seems to be no reason why it doesn't start, and it cranks over well. More to follow!

Does anyone have any pictures? I had hoped to be there yesterday but i had two conflicts: wedding anniversary and daughter's performance in a play. Something had to give, so it was me.

I've enjoyed the Hellertown meet for several years, so I was disappointed. I hope to be back next year.

check the coil tower for a hairline crack shooting a spark to ground(firewall),i had this problem years back, i saved that coil to try to fix it,never got around to it.

Thanks, I'll try it I'm getting desperate! And profoundly frustrated! I'm going to post a new thread about it.

Had a lot of fun with my 10yr old son. Had the swap spot right next to Mitch, glad I was able to meet him.
