I broke mine , a small piece of gasket was on the edge of the manifold. Didn't see it , broke the flange. I welded it back and have been driving it for over a year now.

That's another reason I like the copper gaskets. They never leave pieces behind.

BTW, most of the original gaskets I've removed have been brass, rather than copper. This is for the carb and water outlets.
