I did not find a racoon in my engine compartment either....
Maybee its cause my car is blue (those clamps just work with green ...äh... garbage cans) Other reason could be, that there are no racoons over in Europe. Does this mean that i do not need any clamps on my car? Greets Christoph |

It's pretty bad your neighborhood parts house doesn't carry A parts, but Target does. |

Will I get points docked by the neighborhood sanitation inspector? What do the trash judging standard say?

At Zellers they were $7.95 in a blister pak.
Snyder's is real close at $7.90 taking into account our dollar's off a couple pennies, except Zellers comes with the screws! Oh yes...and these ones are "animal proof" Funny they didn't have the toilet paper we needed though... |

That made me laugh! I always wished they would put a Model A store next to a scrap-booking store. Or ladies shoe store. Thanks for sharing.

Here's a link to the Press Release they made about 2 years ago touting their "new product":
Note they even refer to them as ergonomically designed!!! http://www.effbeworld.com/bgpressinfo.pdf Last edited by Randy in ca; 12-20-2010 at 08:45 PM. |

This is amazing, there is a store in the northern Midwest called Blains Farm & Fleet that has Ford Tractor parts that some work great on the Model a, Muffler Clamps and fuel sediment bowls are exact, others are great and the updraft carb for the tractor fits well but I've not bought one to test it yet.

Re: New Model A parts vendor? EVERYONE'S gotta see this...
One way for manufacturers to stay in business is to find alternative uses for existing products. We should all applaud this innovation. The best one I ever read about was when the folks that made a non-toxic wallpaper cleaner were almost our of business after WWII with the influx of oil over coal heat. A relative of the owners used some to make Christmas ornaments in her kindergarten class-they were a hit. The company added some coloring and remarked their cleaner as--Play-Doh.
