Can't find a supplier

I don't think they are being made. You can buy the whole inside panel, but they are very pricey at over $300 each. I think Brookville Roadster makes them.

I would think the freight would be a "killer" for you. Can you post a picture or two of your doors now?

Doors are not bad, but after sandblasing they have lots of holes at the bottom

If that's all, then just use sheetmetal and fabricate small patch panels yourself.
