Re: Model A's in the snow pics
My Model A is garaged until spring due to the snow and road salt. I was cleaning up in the back yard Thanksgiving day, and it started out at 60*. About 4 in the afternoon the wind came up and in two hours the temp went from 60* to 27* and snow fell. I never have taken a snow picture with my Model A.

Re: Model A's in the snow pics
The first one was taken in February 2008 and the other was November a year ago. Not much daylight here for taking photos in the dead of winter.
Stay warm, supposed to be -50 F (Fifty below zero) here for the next 5 days. Darryl in Fairbanks |

Re: Model A's in the snow pics
I was in -57* F. once and it sure isn't fun. I don't know how anyone can take all those cold long dark days in Alaska.

Re: Model A's in the snow pics
This was March in California, and I had just bought the truck and was driving it home to Portland from Sebastopol. Crossing from the coast Hwy 1 to Hwy 101 I got caught in a snowstorm and a tree fell across the road, blocking both lanes.
