No, as stated above, there are a few mods such as oil pan modifications that would prevent it from being a 'bolt-up' operation.

You need to install a Model A flywheel housing in place of the partial cast iron housing. The rear of the B oil pan needs to be cut off to clear the A flywheel housing. The Model A flywheel inspection cover needs to be modified to fit the larger Model B rear main cap cork seal.
This may sound complicated but it is not.

Here is a picture of a Model B pan cut to go in a Model A. I choose to leave a strap of metal rather than risk a leak by removing spot welds.
