Default '50 8BA carb

Noticed a little rough idle and when I shut it down to look things over gas was dripping from around the throttle shaft. I can see it inside on pass. side looking down the carb throat. Float needle looks good and clean, fuel doesn't drain from the float bowl watching it with top of carb off. I read that this was a way to check the PV. There seems to be pressure in the gas line aftet shut down. Stock type mech. pump. Thanks..... Mark
