Default oil pump

Today I worked on the pump for my b engine opened up the inlet vertically not the with and increased the feed hole to 3/8 with an end mill and brazed the slots up and fitted it to the block. Next I will do the oil hole in the side of the block and the body of pump. Now the question will the pump drive from a 29-31 a engine fit the b engine? Snyders doesn't list one for the b. I didn't get one with the block just the pump and distributer.

I read your post wrong sorry I thought you were discussing the oil pumps. Thank you for replying that the pump drives are the same that helps me out.

you cant get more flow by reducing the shaft diameter, the only way to get more flow is to put bigger gears in with more displacemen
