Default Power Convertible Tops?

What was the first year for Ford, Mercury and Lincoln to have a power top on the convertibles? I know the '41 Cadillacs had a power top, but what about FoMoCo?

The late production '39 Lincoln Zephyr Convertible Club Coupes were equipped with a vacuum power top as were (I think) the '40 Ford, Mercury, Lincoln Zephyr and the Continental.
