Default 40 Rear Crossmember

I have cracks and a poor farmer fix on my rear crossmember (where the rear spring mounts. Does anyone make a replacement or repair parts for this. It is really difficult to reinforce it because adding any material interferes with the spring or ubolts.

Living in Montana you should be able to find a nice clean replacement, not like the rotten rusty junk we in the swamps have to deal with. If it was removed, it could be repaired properly i'll bet. maybe try the guys at hotrod works in Idaho to see if they have a used one around, or the guy in bozeman with all the stuff on ebay all the time, "toys anyone" I believe

Aren't '35-'40 the same? Increases your chances quite a bit.
