'32 Tudor seat mounting, what am I missing?
I'm in the process of getting my interior and upholstery together for my '32 sedan, and I just picked up a pair of seats for it. The driver side has what looks like most of the adjuster still there (although could be missing some) and the passenger is missing the 2 eye bolts for the front mounting. Now my question is, is anything obvious missing from the driver side besides the sliders? I'm not familiar with the original mounting hardware, so any help or pictures is appreciated.
I was on LeBaron Bonney's website and saw the tudor mounting hardware kit for the passenger side, do the '32s and Model A's have much of a difference in the passenger hardware? It doesn't look like much difference from the pictures. Here's what I'm working with: |

What is on the seat looks complete. What is on the floor? and do you have the pin/bolt for the adjuster tha keeps the seat from moving?

I have nothing on the floor, those are the pieces I need. I don't have the adjuster pin either. Hopefully I can find pictures of what I need.

Re: '32 Tudor seat mounting, what am I missing?
There is another set of sliders that mount to the floor and there is a bracket that the long strap mounts into. On the passenger side there is the other side of the hinge and a bolt and acorn nut (try Roy Nacewitcz for the bolt and nut). there are also legs that screw into to the back of the passenger seat. Again I think Roy might have the slides and the legs.

I knew about the passenger side hardware and the legs for the back of the seat, but I was clueless on the driver side. I'll see if Roy has anything available for this. Thanks again! |

I checked out the catalog online and didn't see much, but did find the special hinge bolts for the seat bottom and top, I need a couple of them so that helps. I'll keep looking.

Is there a chance to get a better picture? Kinda hard to make out exactly what's there. Thanks!!

Actually o looking at the pictures again, I believe the part I have in the floor is the part in the center of your picture with the spring attached. HEre is one of my rails so you can see what they look like. The picture under the seat you can see that mine became unbolted from the seat.

Yea, I see that now. The sliders look pretty simple and they look like they put the seat a decent distance off the floor.

I would post a want to buy add on the HAMB. They are the ones who tend to tear the seats out and replace them. I looked at Roy's catalog again. I see all the bolts but not the rails. Try Dick Spadaro in NY too. He has a lot of used stuff.

Re: '32 Tudor seat mounting, what am I missing?
There are some parts in the Lebarron-Bonney catalog that may apply as well

I checked all them out, most are for Model A's. Roy Nacewitcz site has a lot of the hardware and fasteners, just not the big parts.
