Have one made. I know there are companies that make "display" only plates. I know of several old cars with sets of plates on them where the front is 40 - 50 years newer than the rear. Just don't let Johnny Law catch you

I don't really know much about Michigan plates. The ones I have seen were the 63 California plates. Just hoping to help you with and idea. I personally have never had to do this. Do they require a front plate in Michigan? What about buying a new to you matched set? I've also seen plates made of Bondo.

I purchased a 30 VA plate that was restored and I was able to register it. Suggest you contact Wayne Tyler who is the person I purchased from. He may be able to help and his E-mail is [email protected]. Good luck.
