My dad had a set of those in the late 60's that were designed to be used in a Tudor. I am not sure if that was the name on his though. His were old Western Auto dealer stock as I recall. He may still have them in his attic. These were a carryover from the idea that turned Touring bodies on Model-Ts into "overnite kamp kars" where the back seat layed down to make a bed.

On a side note about this, have you ever actually laid down inside of a Tudor? I would imagine the shape of the rear seat, along with the incline and shape of the front seats would make an uncomfortable nite sleeping inside the car. I have always thought about gathering up a group of buddies to go on a State park-to-park tour with Model-A's camping at each overnite stop. As I have pondered what the best 'A' would be to travel in, I have ditched the Tudor pulling a Teardrop idea in favor of a 157" AA chassis with commercial cowl mounted, ...and a 13 foot long "house" starting at the windshield going rearward!!

I got my Tudor in 1975, when I was 16. I drove it through high school and college.
I assure you, there are many possible positions in the rear seat of a Tudor.

Yep, and it will probably have a wooden 'slide-out' too! I also envision my little Honda 2000 watt generator powering some sort of hidden A/C too.
