NO, it was a seperate "top" that Ford offered for not only for the "light commercial" pickup bed bodies, but also there were two longer versions for the express bodies of the 131-1/2" wheel base and the 157" wheel base AA Trucks.

If you have a copy of the Ford Service Bulletins, you can see one and its construction on page 555, April 1931.

I think they were offered in 1931 but were to fit all years????
