Default 1932 3W parked in 1952

Was in the barn of an estate sale I conducted last weekend. Family is keeping it so...
Wrecked in 1952, fell asleep and hit tree. Had a V8 in the trunk which came though the seat and smashed into the dash. Gut bought a 5W parts car, cut it up to get this far and stalled. OH, the 5W was cut down into a doodle cut with Chevy truck firewall.

Nice bike in the barn too.

Do not look at the above Facebook site. I did and now have virus of some sort that is now blocking Facebook and Jalopy Journal? I have no idea what has happened?

I'm in contact with the Jalopy Journal to see what has happened.

I tried to open the Jalopy Journal earlier this evening and it wouldn’t open. Just had a line about how there was a problem with my website and I could click on a link about debugging in word press. (I didn’t fall for that) I Tried to open Jalopy Journal two or three more times and got the same thing. I went into the settings on my phone and dumped all website data and that got rid of it. Don’t know if that’s what happened to you, but I’d never seen that before.

The 5W donated its frame, engine, front clip and firewall. Look closely at the cowl. It's bent upwards from the impact.

Having owned a frame rack for 24 years you learn how to look at damage .
Look at the door gaps .
The cowl is rolled back with the belt line of the cowl well behind the front lip of the door .

Top and bottom gaps look normal .

Also look at the rear door gap .
Closed and it has actually bowed the bottom of the door shell .

All common stuff with a hard cowl hit .

What this all says is that car is badly bent but fixable .
But NOT with a hammer and porta power .

JMHO of course .

Got the same response this morning when I tried to log on the Jalopy Journal. Contacted Ryan. My computer guy says it's on their end not mine. I check the JJ several times a day but I guess maybe not any more?
