Default Unusual tire gage

After reading the post on "Vintage Tire Gages" , I thought that i would share this unusual one that I have had for a while. If you ever had the pleasure of inflating a tire with a good old hand pump you will appreciate this little gage. The gage incorporates both a male and female sharader fitting with gage. Attach to the tire stem and then attach your pump hose to the male fitting. Read the pressure as you merrily pump along... no need to repeatedly disconnect to check pressure, and loose air each time. Gage scale is highlighted at 80 psi, so I'm guessing from early high-pressure tire days. Gage is "Kellogg" brand name.

PS, And I just noticed .. "Pat. March 1904"

Gary, thanks for the research. Yes that is the gage. My model has the tire valve female fitting on the bottom and gage face marked with a reference line at 80 PSI.

Cost $2.50 , pretty pricey for 1904

I think that the others have been changed, but I do think that I have 60 year old air in the spare tire.
