Default 1946 truck frame

i have recently started a restoration on a 1946 ford 1/2 ton truck. i have a questions on frame differences as referring to the year models. is a 40-41 the same as a 42-47 or is the 48-53 the same. i need a frame to replace the one that got stolen along with my trailer i had it loaded on. thanks you for any and all advice
