Default vin issue

can someone help me decode my vin its believed to be a 1933 its a dump truck 1ton the vin is BBi8-573225 may even be a 1934 can anyone help

BB says it is a heavy commercial
18 says it has a V8 engine
The serial number is from 1934 and can be found on Van Pelts site, http://www.vanpeltsales.com/FH_web/f...ialnumbers.htm

I believe that Ford sometimes used a i stamp for the number 1 so its actually BB18

More correctly I as in upper case i. I=1 in ford number stamps.

ok thanks guys, i guess by the vin then its a 34 and not a 33 yet the grill shell looks to be 33 and the hood has one handle as ive seen 33s to have where 34s have two handles on the hood

All 33 and 34 trucks had two hood handles on each side. They aren't anything like car hoods.
