![]() My coupe ute seems to be missing the parcel shelf lip which prevents parcels etc. sliding off. I am pretty sure I can see such a lip in Mallast's 38-39 Ford Book, Pg.3-22. Could someone give me a brief description so that I can make something similar ? E.g. Is it solid wood, ply wood or sheet steel? Is the top edge rolled or shaped ? are the ends squared off or rounded? Any info would be helpful. |

![]() On my 39 coupe the lip is 53 inches wide by 3 1/4 inches high. Made of natural wood & is screwed to the front of the plywood parcel tray. Regards Chris. NZ. |

Correction. Lip sits on top of the edge of the parcel tray & is attached by several screws from beneath. Regards Chris. NZ. |
