Default Clutch

Was hoping someone has run into this issue and could share some wisdom. 36 truck with 8BA and 39 transmission. I have, I believe 39 pedal assembly. As it was I did not have enough clutch so gears would grind. When I took out the floor and adjusted the clutch linkage problem Was fixed. Put the floor back in and it pushes the pedal down just enough that the throw out bearing is now touching the fork and spinning.

Basically I need the distance to get the clutch to fully depress but to get there with floor down throw out bearing is spinning in neutral.

Thanks.
