Default Front Motor Mount Yoke

Attempted to start the rebuilt engine last night. Have installed the front motor mount set with the front motor mount yoke. When the cranksahft pulley turns, it rubs on the yoke. I am puzzled why it is doing this, and how to fix the problem.

Could it be a bad repro crank pulley with a flange that goes back too far?
