Default Insurance problem solved

Thanks Barners and especially John LaVoy. What the Canadians are asking for is a non resident inter-province motor vehicle liability insurance card. When i called my State Farm agent back she said Oh that! we have that but it's not needed to drive into British Columbia from Washington State. Only a few AND not all Canadian provinces require this document. P.S. it's not yellow either. So check which border crossing province you will be using. After this much work I'm gettin one anyway.
