Add photo to profile HELP

Could someone please explain to an old fart like me how to add a picture to ones already profile? Step by step. Can make a Model A pull 6000revs but struggle with these mod cons, Thanks Derek.

Do you mean a picture that shows by your name on all your posts (Avitar) or just to add pics to your albums? Or both?

Derek, at the top of the page go to "user CP" . Drop down to the "edit avitar" and open the page. On this page you can add or edit your picture quiite easily.
