Default Virtual library?

On the Antique Motorcycle Club of America's web site they have a virtual library. Members submit downloads to the library and members of the club can download manuals and brochures for free. Non members pay a fee. Not just factory stuff but aftermarket brochures too. I feel that this would be a good thing for the old Ford people to have. Can this web site handle it?
Here is the link to the AMCA's library.
