Re: like to sell
Over $100,000 if it's really good. Could be a lot more if PERFECT. G.M.

Re: like to sell
Show some pictures and a description of the condition, what's been done and not done. Is it a true "restoration" or non- original parts.
Ignore the idiot posting " that's for you to decide". Lots of good guys here will give you a good estimate if you provide enough info. |

Re: like to sell
Its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. To get the big bucks, it should "appear" to be correctly restored to original specs and marketed in such a mannaer to be visible and apealing to those who have the big bucks. There are a lot of cars out there that are advertised to "appear" to be restored that experience Ev8 folks will scoff at. I am not implying yours is one of those. Can't help but remember a socalled excellent woodie that was rodded on epay that was only a two door, ower was really proud of it and yes, it had a garbage truck engine in it. Lets see some detail pics, there are some true experience folks that post on this board that can give you a fair observation.

Re: like to sell
Much more information is required for anyone to be able to answer your question. Pictures are EXTREMELY important!!! Also a short description and any history you can provide.
Without this info its basically the same as asking "What's my house worth" and then not telling us where you live, how many bedrooms, square footage, etc. There are just too many variables to get a useful answer unless you provide more info.

Re: like to sell
There has been a 33 woodie for sale in Hemmings for a very long time at Carousel Classics, I think they were asking 79k? Check in to it. Good luck on the sale.

Re: like to sell
Do any of you know how much it would cost to replace the bad wood, clean the old finish off, sand and refinish the interior and exterior and have perfect matching panels and frame work with good fitting doors?? Start from there on a perfect one. G.M.

Re: like to sell
I noticed the original poster hasn't commented on this since posting it. He just joined yesterday and only has this 1 post. I wonder if we'll ever really see him again.

Re: like to sell
Seems like it's flatjack himself that forgot to read the "civilized forum" post. He starts out cracking wise and can 't take the heat when he's called on his attitude.

Re: like to sell
I think the guy posted this to increase the blood flow on Fordbarners. We need that occasionally...

Re: like to sell
Wow- I didn't know they were that rare. No wonder I don't see any at the local car shows huh.
Actually, it's pretty rare to see any 33-34 Fords that aren't hot rods. I wonder how many there are around. I would love to be driving mine down some country road and see another one coming the other way - that would be neat! |

Re: like to sell
WGA, The woodie on that website sold for $148,500 at Nick Alexander's auction, and is up for sale now at $99,500. Ya win some and ya lose some.

Re: like to sell
I'll bet the owner forgot to ask his wife if he could buy it at Nick's auction! I would say he is having a hard time finding a buyer even if it is an exceptional vehicle.
