Default OT - I.D. this tool?

Anyone recognize this tool setup or know what it might be used for? It is marked as a Band Adjustment Wrench but I'm not sure it would be needed for adjusting Model T bands. Your thoughts?

Try doing an internet search using the wording and any numbers that are on it. Not a T tool. I have that same inch pound torque wrench.
Found this Kent Moore;

Didn't think it was a T tool, but it came from the estate of a man who owned several Model T's. He also had a few '65 Barracuda's, so that might be where it came from.

My guess would be for adjusting the bands in an automatic transmission.
