Default Stainless Luggage Rack

Looking for a stainless luggage rack for my 1930 Tudor, all the posts I found are old and any links are expired or the company no longer exists. I want stainless as I'm on the Coast in Florida and every rust, especially chep knock offs. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand your pain. I live on the coast of SoCal.

The vendors used to sell S/S luggage racks along side the chrome one years ago. I surmise 'us' cheapie Model A pilots opted for the cheaper chrome one and the S/S one didn't sell so was discontinued.

Unfortunate, the polished S/S really looks nice and easier on the upkeep.

I hope you find one. I purchased mine 12-31-19 from Snyders at $385.00. His part number was A-18575-BSS. It is a beautiful piece. Years ago I had a chrome plated one and it soon had rust spots. I don't understand why vendors forget to do a triple plated (copper, nickle then chrome) job. If you are going to spend that kind of money, why get one that will rust in a few years? Be sure it is triple plated. Alternatively, purchase the rack unplated and have it done properly. Ed

We used to have them custom made for us. Unfortunately the last time we went to reorder them the price almost doubled. I didn't feel anyone would buy them at the new pricing so we decided to discontinue them.
