Default 1932 ford pedal assembly

Has anyone done any dealing with David Kimberly of 970 Pelee Drive, Akron, Ohio 44333 ? I sold David a fair condition 1932 Ford pedal assembly, and sent him a better pair of pedals to possibly replace the pair that was in the pedal assembly. He told me that he had a rough 1932 Ford pedal assembly welded to his chassis, and I told him that I would buy that pedal assembly from him regardless of condition for use as parts. I told him that the way I do business was that if he was not happy with the parts that I sent to him, he could return them to me for a full refund, including return postage. I have not heard from him, and it has been over 2 months. I looked up his info on Google, and he is apparently an oral surgeon. Does any know him, or of him ? Any help would be appreciated. thanks, nick.
