rod bearings code

I have a green bible ,but it only shows the standard size rod bearings part numbers.
would any one have a list of the sizes that are written in small letters in the groove of the bearings,
like MX I know is .020 crank and .004 rods, A is std,
I also have a partial set of the canadian fast moving codes
But not the full list.
