Default Leaf spring pin removal

'46 1/2 ton pickup. How does the forward leaf spring pin remove from the rear springs? Is that a wedge pin that I've circled? Remove the wedge pin then the main pin should pull out? Waiting for my service manual to arrive...
Thanks in advance!
