Default 1934 radius rods to torque tube bolt question

Hello All- in looking under my 34 project, it looks like the bolt and nut attaching the radius rods to the torque tube are incorrect (no cotter pin). I have the correct bolt, nut, and cotter pin- my question is, how tight when I switch fasteners?? Thanks!
Dave
