Default Sedan rear fenders

I got a rear fender for my 31 sedan that was listed as a 30-31 fender. I t doesn't apper to be quite as tall as my old ones and where it attaches to the running board has a ridge about 2 inches from the bottom that is not as flat as my old one. Could this be a 28 -29 fender or something else. Are the differences obvious between the 28-29 and the 30-31? It looks the same other than the differences I mentioned. One other thing I fogot to mention, the curved area where the splash apron attaches is not as wide and the radius of the curve is slightly angle versus a nearly 90 degree curve as my old fenders

Notice the "notched" area;

1928-29 fender;

1930-31 fender;

Is your car a slant windshield sedan? Or is it a 1930 sedan. There is a difference between the two fenders. Ed Saniewski

It sounds like you've got a 28/29 fender. I did the same thing. Anybody need a pretty good 28/29 sedan fender, reasonable?
