Default Cluster Gear Identification

I am building a 1939 Ford transmission and bought a gear set from a friend. However, when I started to look at the cluster gear end I noticed it was different than the typical 28-24-18-14 gear set. Has anyone seen a cluster gear like this and where do I find a thrust washer for it?
