Default Vulcanizing Inner Tubes

Where can I buy a sheet of vulcanizing rubber? I want to vulcanize new long stem valves to new short stem inner tubes. I see people using it on youtube but I cannot find it for sale anywhere. Any suggestions appreciated. Jim in San Jose.

I've installed metal valves stems in my Model A tubes without having to vulcanize them in place. I started with tubes with rubber stems. Cut them off, sanded the area smooth, smeared some rubber cement on the base of the metal valve stem, shoved it through the hole, smeared rubber cement on the tube around the base of the stem, installed the bridge washer and tightened it down. I haven't had a leak yet.
