Default 40 seat cushion frame interchange?

I have a 77A 40 coupe seat that needs repair to the framework for the seat cushion. The area where the tack strip goes is badly rusted and before I spend too much time trying to repair it, I was wondering if a frame from a 4 dr front seat would be the same? Here are a couple of pics.

Joel, I just swapped split back springs and frames from a coupe seat on to a 4-door seat cushion frame, was exactly the same.

I have a couple of split back seats and the cushion spring set and frame for it are totally different from my coupe seat ( mine is the style where the back of the seat lifts up to gain access to the area behind the seat). The side and back frame work is wood on my seat. I know the back framework on a 4dr is wood also, so I thought the bottom cushions might be the same. Thanks for your response, Joel
