Default Is This Broken...End Of Cluster Shaft

EDITED UPDATE: THIS POST HAS BEEN SOLVED...THE PART IS NOT BROKEN IT ENDS AS A HALF CIRCLE ON THE CLUSTER SHAFT....I'LL LEAVE UP SO OTHERS MAY LEARN THIS TOO.

I was looking under the car due to another post about transmission seal kit and I see my Cluster Shaft end looks to me to be cracked but then again I can't see how it is because I don't see the other "half". Is it round or is it half moon...I never rebuilt a transmission and didn't notice this before. It's not loose or leaking. Please advise.

Actually I should delete this post... I had the thought to look up the part and Snyder's has a nice view...it ends as a half circle so I'm good. Never was a problem...I'll leave the post in case someone has the same thought...It looks odd because the other shaft is a circle. Thanks John for the fast reply.

The aft end of the cluster shaft is notched in a half moon shape so that the cross piece retainer fits up against it to prevent it from rotating.
