Default Condenser Test?

Is there any way to test a condenser used on a distributor on a modern plate for a Model A Ford? I don't know if I have burned mine up or not!

I have a capacitor tester. You just clip it to the leads and read the microfarads. If you don't have this, just install the condensor and check for a good blue spark at least 1/4" long. I like to test them by using them for a day or so. That way you know they are also good when hot.
