KO Lee Valve Seat Cutter

A friend has a KO Lee Valve seat tool that we were trying to figure out how to set up to do a valve seat with.
Does anyone have knowledge of or an instruction manual for the R203 tool pictured?

No, sorry. Are they still in business? If so, contact them. Those cutters do a really nine job!

What you have is a K O Lee valve seat insert cutter tool. This tool is made to cut the relief into the block or head surface so that a valve seat insert ring can be put onto the head or block. It is not designed to resurface valve seats.

At one time I did have the instructions for the tooling but I do not know if I can still find them.

Dennis Bensavage has nice copies of the K.O. Lee seat cutter instructions. He is on ebay. The K.O. Lee seat cutter sets come two ways. One with a hand cranked spindle cutting arbor and a set which has a motorized slow rpm driver. I tried getting some xtra R103 cutters which I use on Model A blocks, the people at K.O. Lee don't remember the R500 sets. So no cutters. K.O. Lee specializes in surface grinders and tool cutter sharpening equipment.
