Default Door hinge pin removal

I have one last stubborn door hinge pin to remove. I borrowed a hinge pin removal tool. I have heated the hinge and tried rust removal fluids and the tool won’t budge the hinge pin. I feel my next step may be to drill it out, but then I’m worried I won’t be able to drill it straight and may damage the hinge. Possibly I could have a bad tool? It appears when it gets tight I may be getting excessive friction from the heads of the nuts of the tool? Is there a recommended brand of tool? Can I take the door to a machine shop and they may have a hydraulic press? Thanks for any input.

One make sure the pin remover threads are oiled, Hitting the pin while you've have rust buster etc.. on it also striking the hinge sizes will help loosen the rusted pin. Heat it up till red then hit it, but wait till it cools until spraying bust buster on it if not you may have a fire...
