Re: Timing Pin Dimple is not TDC?
Quote:
According to the Ford Garage article on timing covers, the advance is 19 degrees crankshaft, 9.5 degrees camshaft ??? I have a B block/B timing cover with the A head and distributor. I retarded the distributor rotor about 10 degrees from the pin setting and it starts easily and the manual advance seems right on for driving when centered. Tom |
