Default Odd Carb Issue

Hey All,

Suddenly I have a weird carb issue. Yes, I could swap it with one of my spares, but curiosity has a grip on me.

The carburetor started leaking about a month ago, ... * Part Time *.
Gas smell, and wet outside of carb with a drip (1 drip per 3-5 minutes) leaving the carb from the bottom assembely bolt.
Carb is wet below the seam, but does pass the seam at the A/F mixture screw and it's wet there.
All bolts and inlets are sealed. It's coming from the weep hole on the bottom of the throat.
Float level is at 5/8".
If I raise or lower the float level, car either stalles or stumbles at a stop.
GAV 1/8 - 1/4 open
RPM 400 - 415
Timing at zero with Nu-Rex automatic timing gizmo

Odd thing is, if I blow a 1/2 second quick shot of air into the throat of the carburetor, leaking stops.

Any ideas?

Regards
Bill
