Here's an extra I have. This was for I believe '37 and I know for sure '38 and '39 when the e-brake was moved from a transmission mount to under the dash. Besides the cut-out for that cable and the missing quarter pie for the starter button on bottom it has the same dimensions as what you are looking for. One other difference is the v pressed into the plate doesn't extend as high on the right side as a '36 plate. Let me know if you want it for at least a pattern. GaryU.
